The Master’s in Fashion and Creative Industries Management at ISMOD is a qualification registered with the RNCP, Level 7, delivered over two years and designed to train executives at the intersection of aesthetics and strategic and operational expertise, capable of understanding both the creative process and commercial imperatives.

Prerequisites

ENTRY LEVEL(S)

Bachelor’s degree / Licence and Bac+4

Prerequisites: The Master’s in Fashion and Creative Industries Management at ISMOD is open to holders of a Bachelor’s degree / Licence or any other Level 6 qualification and, for entry into the second year of the Master’s programme, to candidates who have validated a Master 1 or have obtained a waiver from the certifying body.

Admission is based on the review of the application file and may include an interview.

Programme objectives

The Master’s degree in Fashion and Creative Industries Management at ISMOD is a State-recognised Level 7 qualification aimed at achieving the following objectives:

  • Define a brand’s visual identity, values, and positioning in a saturated market

  • Understand production cycles, manage collection budgets, and optimise margins

  • Master the fundamentals of intellectual property and creative protection

  • Learn to manage e-commerce, social media, and influencer strategies

  • Organise events (fashion shows, launches) and oversee press relations

  • Anticipate market trends and consumer behaviours (Coolhunting)

  • Understand raw material sourcing and the challenges of local or international manufacturing

  • Stage products in-store to maximise sales

  • Select the appropriate sales channels (Retail, Wholesale, Pop-up Stores)

  • Integrate eco-design and circular economy principles into the business model

  • Ensure supply chain transparency and compliance with social standards

Teaching Methods and Assessment

Assessment Methods: Case studies and/or tests and/or essays and/or text analyses and/or multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and/or oral assessments and/or research projects / Continuous assessment / Work-study and competency evaluation (written + oral) / Thesis defence / Professional evaluation in the company

Duration of Studies:

DURATION OF STUDIES:

  • 2 years for students holding a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, and 1 year for students who have completed the first year of a Master’s programme.
  • Work-study programme available.
This programme does not offer any equivalences or transfer pathways.

Students entering the first year of the Master’s programme are required to validate all skills blocks

Admission Procedures and Deadlines

Access deadlines

  • Registrations for the September 2026 intake will take place from 1 March to 20 September 2026.
  • Registrations for the January 2027 deferred intake will continue until 18 December 2026.

Modalities

Access to our programmes may be initiated:

  • By the employer,
  • At the employee’s initiative, with their employer’s agreement,
  • By a student or their legal guardian
  • Work-study is available from the third year onwards

Upon completion of the application form, our institution undertakes to respond within 72 hours.

If the programme requires specific prerequisites, we will propose, regardless of the funding method you are considering, a knowledge assessment and/or a positioning interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.

AXIS 2: CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Validation of competency blocks:

  • Block 1: Create and develop a digital entrepreneurship project with the support of AI

  • Block 2: Design a digital project using a UX Design approach adapted to AI

  • Block 3: Lead a digital project using agile methodology, preparing its functional specifications and technical requirements

  • Block 4: Develop an e-marketing and communication strategy for a digital entrepreneurship project with the support of AI

  • Block 5: Conduct studies and write reports in competitive intelligence and business strategy
